The resort's expansive outdoor pool area has three themed pools, including the Fountain Pool (a quiet lap pool), the Mickey Mouse Pool, and the Redwood Pool - a kid's pool with a twisting-and-turning, 100-foot-long redwood slide. There is also a pool bar that is open seasonally, and two spa tubs. The resort is equipped with a hydraulic lift to assist disabled guests into the spa tubs and swimming pool.

The resort's fitness center offers massage services and separate sauna and steam facilities for men and women. There is a licensed childcare center on-site (open daily for children age 5–12) and breakfasts at one of the hotel's restaurants at which characters Chip 'n' Dale appear.
