Giant swans keep watch from the roof while, below,
it’s a 15-minute walk to Epcot® and
the entertainment district.
The fantasy
theme fills all 758 rooms, thanks to the tropical
colors, light woodwork—trimmed in turquoise-and-coral
tones to match the exterior—and fine artwork.
The Walt
Disney World Swan and its neighbor, the
Disney Dolphin, share a three-acre
grotto swimming pool, and guests can rent boats
along the white-sand beach designed for waterfront
sunning. A health club is next to the pool.
 Both
the 12-story Walt Disney World Swan
and neighboring Walt Disney World Dolphin,
designed by noted architect Michael Graves, were
built with an eye to detail. The Swan blends whimsy
and sophistication, incorporating the graceful
birds everywhere, in places such as furniture
carvings and fountains. Many guests like the hotel’s
intimacy and understated ambience.
The heated grotto
pool with adjacent children’s playground
is a popular spot year-round, as is the white-sand
beach, with its pedalboats and hydro-bikes. For
kids, there’s Camp Dolphin at the nearby
Walt Disney World Dolphin hotel. For both kids
and adults, it’s a quick 5-minute walk to
Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf
courses. The Swan has six restaurants, and guests
have access to all Disney restaurants through
a dining reservation system.

restaurants (up to two children per room). Free
shuttles deliver guests to Walt Disney World®
Theme Parks. Camp Dolphin is open to kids 4-12
every night. The whimsical fantasy theme extends
to every feature in this resort—even the
hallways outside the 758 guestrooms feature patterned
carpets and waves on the walls.
 This
resort offers the use of a heated pool with a
waterfall and slide, a children’s playground
next to the pool, four lighted tennis courts,
a health club, and great access to Disney’s
Fantasia Gardens and Disney’s Fantasia Fairways
Miniature Golf courses. The recreational activities
listed below are available either on site or near
the hotel; fees may apply.

Getting around:
Hotel provides complimentary shuttle services
to all theme parks within Walt Disney World as
well as water taxis to Epcot Center, MGM Studios,
Disney Boardwalk, and the Disney Yacht and Beach
Club. If traveling outside the Disney area, driving
offers flexibility and ease since other visitor
attractions are spread around the greater Orlando
area. Highways are well-marked, making navigation
simple.
